I absolutely love this device. Battery life is ok. It’s a perfect size for my hands because I have very small hands. It’s a decent device that only glitched when I had the WiFi on. It’s a perfect way to play old games with updated graphics. I feel like the price point for the quality of the build is a bit over priced. I would like for there to be some more colors of the shell. I also highly recommend you don’t use the sd card that comes with it. I would transfer the sd card on to your computer and get a brand name to copy it too. You definitely need some pc skills if you want to download your own stuff.

The mechanism to eject the SD card gave up, requiring a sim removal tool to poke it back out. Even so, very solid performance for the money. 10/10 would recommend to someone

Fantastic, can’t say enough positive things about the mini plus. Be sure to get the OnionOS as it really makes the handheld experience perfect!

This is one of the best handhelds I own. Plays everything up to PS1. OnionOS makes this thing even better. Very compact and travel friendly. Make sure you use a slow charger with it. Fast chargers will mess the battery up. Buy a 0.5 AMP charger. If you have bigger hands then you will have issues with longer gaming sessions.

With a few YouTube videos to help you set it all up you will not regret this amazing nostalgia machine

Love this devices! Get to play most of the games I love. Yes there were software glitch… but all I did was HOLD the POWER BUTTON to restart the system and it’s back to normal… just avoid triggering the glitch again!

I love this thing, it is so pocketable. I use it to play pokemon romhacks from the GBA to the DS era

Onion OS is great, pretty fast and lets you get straight into the game

Look up how to run DS games tho if you’re interested in doing so, and I’d recommend watching a few videos on loading roms if you’re new to handheld emulators, all in all though, it is pretty straight forward!

I just swap between the top and bottom screens from DS games with a back button. GBA romhacks work great too, pokemon unbound runs and looks great on this thing. Also look into overlocking the system bc it’s pretty safe honestly, and can give you better performance overall.

It's a great, quality product. Images are clear, it's super easy to use and get games on there, even though there's already a large variety of games to play. Battery life is pretty good, several hours at least, and it's small enough that it's easy to throw in my bag for during travel! Love it.

I typically don't leave reviews, but if you are on the fence if you should buy this device go ahead and pull the trigger. It's worth it. Bought one for me and one for my wife. I usually emulate on ds light, steam deck or my android but this thing is small enough to carry to work or just walking around town. It's light, screen is crisp and the games run smooth. I added fan made pokemon and they run flawlessly. I advise you learn how to use Retroarch before you buy this is you wnat to add more customization but Onion does a great job on its own. Also if you need a little more comfort for your hands, get an adapter that gives grips it's around $20. My wife uses it more than j do now which is awesome. Worth the buy.

Great handheld, it's a miyoo min but bigger. How can you go wrong.

Great quality and price point. Easy to import ROMs and provided SD holds all I want. The screen is very clear and bright. If you want a physical/tactical emulator, this is an extremely worthwhile purchase!

Don’t buy unless you love gaming, not staring at your phone all the time and miss your game boy.
My kids, 7, 10, and 35 play every weekend. They play together and also while in the car, they play at the restaurant table and grandmas house and they play in bed and late at night.

Best handheld emulator I have ever used. The size it a little small but it's great for playing with 1 hand or if you have small hands.

Every game saves, it is very user friendly, it is customizable, and there is a large community for support.

The battery life is great, the screen has good quality, and the audio can be turned up very high.

This thing is a video game miracle of modern science- you can now have every single old game in your pocket 🤯. There is definitely a learning curve with how to use it, interface and saving your game progress (makes all the ridicously hard games less frustrating). Also adding games at first can be tricky. But reddit and YouTube are your friend here, you can find detailed instructions and help on every aspect. Just do yourself a favor and buy it, more than worth the $, honestly the best thing I have ever bought myself.

This little device is so good. Could play Pokemon, Fire Emblem and Spyro. I will update my review after a few months of use.

I have been looking for my ideal handheld for a while, and this fits all my needs perfectly. And as a person with smaller hands i dont find it too small for enjoyment. I really appreciate that it came with onionOS already installed as that has saved me lots of time. All i had to do was transfer over my ROMs and was ready to go in about 5 mins. amazing, would purchase again.

This is my second handheld emulation machine. The other one I had was android based and took a lot of time to set up. This one was MUCH faster. Do yourself a favor and look up this device on YouTube and follow a set up guide published by Retro Game Corps. He tells you how to install OnionOS on it and it's worth the little bit of time. After setting this up and showing my daughter, I bought a second one so we can play co-op games over wifi. It's simple and perfect.

It didn't have any Nintendo emulators installed by default, but was easily downloaded with the on-board software installer. Great controls. Holds a charge. Already comes with a lot of ROMs (game files). I like the look of it--fantastic screen. The size is great as it fits easily in your pocket. And it has an awesome carrying case. It's comfortable to hold even in my big hands (I'm a 6'4" guy). It's also pretty powerful; it can emulate from Gameboy to PSP. It's a pretty decent value.

This thing is so much fun! I got it for my kids but I’ve been playing on it just as much as them. They sell those like $30 little gaming handhelds and I was honestly expecting something like that, but this is so much more! Highly recommend!!!

I spent WAY more time than I expected playing a bunch of classic games on this device. The pre-installed options were great, but having the flexibility to add more was a fantastic surprise! It was nice being able to sit down and play things from my childhood with zero complicate installation screens or crazy setups on my PC to get a controller to work as expected. Plus being able to take this on the go was crazy awesome for surviving the holidays with family!

100% must buy for the gamer in your family.

Carrying it is hassle-free, thanks to a portable case. I often sneak in some gameplay whenever I have a spare moment. It's like carrying a bit of the past in my pocket. If retro gaming appeals to you, it offers a nostalgic experience.

If you are looking for something you can play when you are not around internet access and you like old school games then this is what you need. Miyoo is using the OnionOS and it is doing a great job on the small device. The screen look very clean and clear. I like the translucent purple. And this version comes with so many games and it is easy to switch back and forth and save your location. This device is like your old school gameboy, but it comes with 4 more buttons on the back for some of the games that need more buttons. The only thing I have issue with handhelds is the size. I have larger hands and it is sometimes hard to play for long periods of time. Otherwise, this handheld is great and easy to use and there are so many games to have fun playing.

Amazing! One of the best things I’ve bought myself. So nostalgic, not laggy, great brightness & sound adjustments, all the games I had plus all the games I wanted, easy to use, battery lasts for HOURS! 10/10.
